The Intake
Before we get started, it’s important that I have a thorough understanding of you as an individual. I’ll gather information on your goals, your diet & training history, your schedule limitations, any current negative symptoms you are dealing with (like bloating & fatigue), and MUCH more. After you complete your in depth intake assessment, I start to map out a plan tailored to you, your lifestyle, and what you are looking to achieve!Â
Education and Resources
The fitness industry is full of misinformation, false claims, and dangerous advice. I am a firm believer that knowledge is power. It helps you make informed decisions with confidence, both now and in the future. Education is a keystone of my coaching. You will gain a deeper understanding about your body, how to fuel it properly, and what really matters for getting results. You will feel more confident in your ability to make decisions in a variety of scenarios, whether that’s out to eat, on vacation, or at a work event.
You will be provided with tons of resources right off the bat, alongside continued education from me every step of the way. I want you to learn why we do what we do and how to adapt to real life circumstances, so you can turn this into a lifestyle, not another 8 week quick fix. Â
Customized Nutrition
I strive to create results for my clients, alongside a positive relationship with food. Being stuck on a rigid meal plan for weeks on end is not going to help you in the long run. I provide my clients with nutrition parameters in line with their specific goals, while teaching them how to make it enjoyable and simple along the way.Â
I also understand as a coach that you aren’t a robot. It’s important to me that I help you strategize for things like busy work days, meals out with friends, cooking for multiple people, travel, and more.Â
Specific Training & Cardio
While there are several foundational training principles that I teach every client, your programming needs to be matched to your individual needs. I will take into account your schedule, equipment availability, training experience, current goals, and more when building out your training. You’ll have a mobile friendly app to view your workouts, see form video tutorials, and track your progress.
You can even submit form videos for me to review, so you can feel confident that you are performing movements in the safest and most effective manner. Cardio is more often than not, a very misused tool. Any cardio based protocols will also be specific to YOU. We will use a mix of cardio modalities to help you achieve your goals, while always considering your time & schedule limitations. Â
Holistic Foundations
The importance of foundational habits cannot be understated, though they are often swept aside. At Fit to Live Coaching, I take a holistic approach to transformation by ensuring we aren’t neglecting forming the habits that will not only allow you to sustain this as a lifestyle for years to come, but that will also allow you to feel and perform your best on a regular basis.Â
True health isn’t just about a workout plan and nutrition guidelines. I’ll teach you how to use fitness to improve every area of your life!Â
Accountability
It’s not a secret that adherence is a key aspect of getting results. The support and accountability you get with this program are set up to help keep you on the right track towards your goals. Each week, you’ll submit forms and receive updates from me with a personalized video going over any adjustments, tips, and feedback to ensure you are continuing to progress.
You also have access to me between check ins for any questions or struggles that may come up.
